On time and self acceptance::
I can't believe that it's been two months since school started. Ang bilis ng panahon. :) Even though it's been two months, I still don't feel like I'm in college or that I'm studying at the University. This is probably because my time's usually spent studying and the like. Hehehe. :) Anyhow, I met with my high school mates last Wednesday at Shakey's Katipunan. Gawd... I miss them. Heehee. *Hi to Mellow, Cox, Kri, Bong, Gen, Vigile, Les, Tania, Migs, Debra, Beba, and Be! Sana wala kong nakalimutan. Hehehe.* Was also 'reminiscing' with Ben last night. Ang dami pala naming pinagdaanan... We were talking about our grade school years (kiddie meals pa kami nun. Haha!), our high school experiences (I miss Baguio. I miss our pusoy games. I miss ochouno... Haaaay....), our Days weekend, our college life so far, boys (hahaha!), and other stuff. I really, really hope that we'd still be able to talk about these things after four years, after 40 years... Basta you get the idea. Hehehe.

Hindi naman ako mukhang loaded diba? Hehehehe. Meron rin pa lang hell week sa college. Akala ko sa High school lang yun. Pero as usual, kakayanin to. Kailangan eh... :) *Bakit kaya iniisip ng ibang tao na sobrang saya/madali sa UP? Magaling lang siguro kaming mag-'cope'... HAHAHAH!* Acads aside, saw Emman yesterday at KFC. La lang... It's been four months since I last saw him. *Hi busmate!* Hehehe. And... (Eto na yung crush update... Bwahaha!), I saw both of them last Thursday (Hindi sila magkasama..). Yung isa sobrang nakita ko siya pagbaba ko sa jeep tas medyo sinundan ko pa siya diba? Hanggang sa may AS walk... He is soooooo cute. *sigh...* :) Also, Kri and I seem to have the same reason to feel kilig recently.... Haha. This is my 101st entry.
Haha. Ang babaw ko.
President Arroyo's State of the Nation Address was held yesterday, and a number of students from the University staged a rally in order for the President to heed their call for change. As they were converging at the AS lobby, I cannot help but wonder why there were two groups - those in red and those in blue? I know they have different beliefs, principles, and the like. But why can't they 'unite/come together' since they are working for the same cause, which ultimately is the student's welfare?.. They'd certainly be a much stronger force if they worked together...
On a lighter note, classes were cancelled yesterday afternoon because of the SONA. :p Instead of going home immediately, I had lunch with Ben at McDonald's Katipunan (We had dessert at Red Ribbon.). We hung out there and we saw some cute high school Ateneans. BWAHAHA! :) *Note: This was the first time I rode in Ben's car.. Hehe. Wala lang!* We also saw him. The other him. He's really cute/crushable... We should've asked him to sit with us since he was alone. Hehehe :)
During our lab period today, Dindin and I had to repeat a particular step in the experiment for four times. I was so out of my league today.. Crap. Hopefully, it's just a phase. Hmm.. Mali. Sana di siya phase. Sana ngayon lang siya. :) I also saw him. Yun isa pa. He passed the along corridor for eight times. Binilang talaga eh. He is so cute. I like him... A lot. Haha :) I know his number [pero hanggang dun lang.] :)

Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head::
I'm [sort of] back. HAHA. Labo :p I've been quite busy this week (Para naman kasing di ako busy linggo-linggo. Hehehe.) Anyhow, here's how my week went so far:
Monday
I received my Math exam. Ack! And... I PASSED!!!!!!! I was ready to cry when Sirius Black was reviewing the exam.. I felt that my answers were all wrong except for a few ones. Grabe talaga... And when he wrote this quote on the board, I started panicking.. Kung kayo kaya sabihan nang ganito ng math prof niyo, di rin kaya kayo mataranta?

- Samuel Amalu Diba? Parang lahat kami bumagsak... Hehe.. :) Thank Jess, I passed.. :) I also saw Katz at KFC with her Singapore-mate, Vince. We talked about Christian Bautista, our crush who happens to be her neighbor (It really is a small world!), Ateneo stuff, UP stuff, Singapore stuff, and other stuff. Hehehe :) Labo... p I hope she does well in college... Hehehe :) *Take care Katz!* And... We won a game in Blockbooster by 5 points (that's one question!) HAHA! Tuesday Got my Chem exam results. I did relatively well actually... I was just a bit disappointed because I could've gotten a higher score if not for my (very) careless mistakes. Grrr... We started discussing Thermochemistry, which is something new to me because we didn't discuss that in high school. I'm sort of coping in a sense though I couldn't understand some concepts while I was reading the book. Hehehe :) We lost in Blockbooster, but we're still in the running for the 20,000 prize. Buti na lang! Sirius Black started discussing a new lesson.. Sobrang nawiwindang ako... Haaay... Wednesday I had lunch with the PEM gang at Pancake House. *Hi Cox, Debra, and Mellow!* I miss our Saturday outings a lot... I miss our being 'mean' sessions. HAHA! :) Pwedeng pwede kaming maging Mean Girls sa mga pinag uusapan at napag usapan namin eh. Lol :p I also saw Migs, Beba, and Lesley at Ice Monster. It's always nice to see my high school classmates. It brings back a lot of memories, in a sense. :) I was late again for my Taekwondo class. Hehe. It's super fun even though it is physically draining. :) Sayang nga wala si Coach. Hehe. Cute siya talaga in fairness :) We learned a new block, stance, and the foundation form one in class. Grabe... Basa talaga yung shirt ko pagkatapos. Hehehe :) Pero kahit na pagod pagod ako, parang gumaganda ata ako pagkatapos mag Taekwondo. HAHAHAHA! Feeling ko lang talaga yun :p Saw Tatarin for my Comm 3 class. It was um... ok, I guess. The performances were great but I didn't like the story itself. Magulo at maikili. Di ko maintindihan kung bakit parang Philippine flag yung suot ng mga mananayaw na babae. Hehehe :) AND, I almost saw a guy's privates. Plus I saw a girl's front thingies...... Sobrang ewan talaga.. Lol. :p Ibang experience! Thursday We had an interesting Comm 3 class. We played Paint Me a Picture. Our group had to portray a soap opera cast and we chose Marimar for our soap. Haha :) Grabe, isa akong puno. Lol :p Also, our professor assigned us an unconvetional homework. We had to smile to three strangers and observe their reactions. :) Mukhang madali pero mahirap ata... Hehehe :) Hmm.. Our MBB class was different today. Parang naenganyo akong makinig. We were still talking about blood types in relation to carbohydrates. Ang layo na nga eh... :) Pero ok lang kasi may natutunan akong bago (which is always a good thing...). :) Got eliminated in Blockbooster. ACK! We can't answer Math questions. Hehehe :) Paula Peralejo was the quizmaster for our match. She looks different in person. Mas maganda :) Saw him (ibang tao to...). He is soooo crush-worthy. :) Friday Walked out during Chem lec. Haha... :) And slept for an hour at CASAA. Buti may mga kasama ako kundi... Hehehe :) I saw him again today (Eto yung sinasabi ko last week). He smiled at me twice. Pano ba naman kasi nakatingin ako sa labas na parang nakatanga... Hehe. Nakakahiya. :) Halata na ata ako. :) Ang cute niya... Haha :) I went to consult with my Socio prof for my report. How do you discuss poverty in its truest sense when you don't experience what the poor experience? Haaay... Mahirap toh... It rained hard at around 345 pm. The rain was soooo intense that I had to wait inside the Math Building for 20 minutes in order for the weather to lighten up. At around 415, June and I decided to walk to NIGS and ride an IKOT jeep. When we reached Vinzon's, she went on with her way, and I waited at the UP-Katipunan terminal. I watied and waited for more than hour (I was standing the whole time)... and FINALLY, decided to walk to Katipunan. I was soooo tired and hungry that I felt like I was going to collapse while walking. Hindi pala siya masyadong malayo.. Kaya.. :) I arrived at Rustan's at 6 to meet with my sister. We ended up eating at Pizza Hut because other food establishments were full. Hehehe :) I was so pissed off because of the whole rain-walking experience that I said nasty stuff about this girl who was needed to use the comfort room but I was still in it. Haha. Pano ba naman kasi nagtanong pa siya sa kin kung may tao sa loob? Malamang meron kasi nakasara nga eh... HAAAAY!.. Anyhow, Ming and I went to Miriam after dinner because our parents were going to pick us up there. Sobrang traffic sa Katipunan... La lang. :) Arrived at home at 930 or so... Was sooooo exhausted... Slept.. And slept.. :) Ha! So yun na yun.. Grabe.. Leche talaga yung ulan kahapon... My feet were soaked for 3 hours. Kadiri.. Hehehe :) Anyway, here are a few dates to remember: July 26 - SONA

More Firsts ::
Ha!... Here is it again, my extended list of firsts. Hehehe :) When I write about these things, I feel so young and inexperienced. HAHA! Probably because I am young and inexperienced! Ang labo :) Anyhow, better start writing about those firsts... Lol :p
* First time to wear my crown shirt. HAHA! Labo. (I also saw the cute guy at CAL. Hehe. Very cute!) * First time to wear red on a school day (Tamang tama kasi red shirt day din. Hehehe :p ) * First time umm.. to witness? people converging at the AS lobby for a rally/walkout; they were rallying because they want the 'humanitarian contingent' in Iraq to be pulled out * First time to eat with Chubby, Kri, Tanya, cK, and Reg at Eyrie. Sobrang lakas ng ulan... Good thing Chubby was driving. :) * First time to have lunch with my Atenean buddies, Tania, Mellow, Beba, Les, and Migs, at Treehouse. Kri, Cox, and cK were there too! :) * FIRST COLLEGE EXAM: Math 17 (First exam, July 14) - HA! So far, I think I have 4 mistakes (times two points, so that's minus eight for me). Hehehe :) It was um.. easier than the problem set, but solving the problems require a lot of energy. I was literally drained after the exam. My arms were 'dead' in a sense and I had a headache. Haaay... :) Good thing it's over. I hope I did ok... * First time I was late for Taekwondo. Sir Mats made me bow in front because I came in at 330. HAHA. Pano kasi may exam ako bago ng PE. :) Taek is super fun :p (and our instructor is kind of cute. LOL!) * First time to perform a mini skit/oral interpretation in Comm 3. Ours wasn't so bad. Will have to do better next time :) * First time that we don't have classes at the UP (July 15). A student summit was held from 10-2 pm. We were supposed to attend but Ben, Cox, and I didn't. I would have come if it weren't four hours long. :) * First time to watch a film on a school day without my parent's permission. :) HAHA. Bad... :p Ben and I watched Kill Bill Vol. 2. It was ok.. I liked the first one more. Hehehe :) Maikli masyado yung pangalawa! (I especially liked Uma Thurman's outfits :p and the Pai Mei sequence!) * First time to wear my red shorts at school. HAHA :) Sweet. * First time to play? a game (nagbabalatkayong quiz yun actually) during Chem Lab. My groupmates were really good... La ko masabi. Napapaggiiwanan ako :) * First Chem 16 exam (July 17). - It was um... manageable but I now have one mistake (and that's worth five points) because of my friggin' carelessness. Argh! I really, really hope I do well because I think I worked hard for this exam... :) So.. That was my week. :) I was kind of busy with the studying that's why I wasn't able to blog. I'm just so relieved that two of my exams are done. Hehehe. :) Will be having more soon... *sigh* And, I will be studying for chem in a short while. ACK! I saw him yesterday. He smiled at me. :)

First Time's a Charm::
I haven't been blogging for the past 5 days because of piled up schoolwork. Crap... Hehehe :) Anyhow, during the past week, I've experienced a lot of firsts namely:
* First time to go to school on a Monday at 900 AM (makes sense? Parang hindi...) Hmm.. Yun lang yung maalala kong firsts ngayong linggo. Hehehe :) Wala lang! Ang bangag ko na.. Tsk tsk :) Ah.. More firsts to take note of:
Math 17 First Long Exam - July 14, 1-3 PM, MB 322? I hope I do well especially in my Math and Chem exams... Haaaay... Major aral na toh. Hehehe :) *FOCUS, FOCUS, and FOCUS!* Sobrang nagsink in na ata sa akin yung chem lesson kaya naman nung nag uusap kami nina Chubby at cK kanina (Di exact)...

I watched Spiderman 2 today with my sisters, cousins, and my aunt and uncle. It was such an amazing experience. Hmm.. Medyo OA yun pero ang ganda kasi.. Hehehe. :p What I like (and I think what people like) about Spiderman is that he's very much like us. He's vulnerable. He makes excuses when he isn't able to do something that he's supposed to do. He's secretly (sort of) in love with his best friend... He's someone we can all relate to in one way or another. Haaay... Basta yun. I want to see it again! :) HAHAHA!

Sobrang nakakahiya kasi (medyo) maingay kami.. Lumabas na rin kami nung may nagsabing sssshhh... at pumunta sa Caf sa baba. :) We continued our 'chika' session and left at around 1230. I went to McDo to meet Cox because we were having lunch together. Hmm.. At 110?, Cox picked me up and we decided to eat at Chocolate Kiss. The food was ok but the price... gawd the price was outrageous. HAHA! :) Ack.. Sinasabi ko lang to pero malamang babalik pa ko. Lol :) Anyhow, will have to study.. First MBB quiz... Happy, happy, happy week!!! :) My semi-crush smiled and said "Hello!" to me. Kilala niya ko.. HAHAHA. Heeheehee. Kilig, diba Cox? :p . Super kilig at babaw. Lol. :) And, yesterday and last Monday, I spotted this other guy around CAL/AS. Because of my incessant 'kwento' to my dear classmates, I now know his name (and student number). NYAHA! Stalker :) Freaky exams/tests coming up. Grabe.
First long exam in chem - July 17 Scary... Shucks. Magsusunog na naman ako ng kilay. Haaaay... Alam niyo ba na ang tamang pagbigkas ng "What?" ay "Hwat?"? I watched The Practice last Wednesday. It was friggin good. Grabe... :) Although I'm a firm believer in the Catholic Church, you can't help but think whether or not this institution continues to provide moral and spiritual leadership. Haaay... La lang. Watch The Practice! :) *Last week, the issue/case at hand was about stem cell research. Makes me wonder if I should still pursue MBB. La lang.* ---> Isa na namang pagninilay - nilay tungkol sa buhay. HAHA :)
