Ha. Took the first Bio 12 lecture exam today. It was fairly easy but I really have no idea what the outcome will be. Grabe. And I think I made a potentially grave error... I wrote my answer on the friggin' questionnaire. F*CK. I'm just hoping for the best right now and if the results disappoint me, I have to deliver next time. Kelangan talagang bumawi. Bakit talaga di na lang ako naging Math major? :) Haaaay....

Anyhow, I have to study tonight and tomorrow because the second Bio 12 lab exam will take place on Tuesday. Pray for me... Please... :)

Finished Book 6 this evening. I still can't understand why things had to happen that way. Nakakabitin siya... Argh. It's a good thing a lot of Potterheads have been formulating 'theories' that provide some form of explanation as to why things happened the way they happened. Ha. Labo. :) Basta ayokong mang spoil kasi may nang spoil sa kin. Erk. :p Basahin niyo na tas kwentuhan tayo!!! :)

Watched The Island yesterday with June, Roxanne, Joshua, Kevin, Dindin, Cynric, Glaiza, Kathleen, Blessie, and two of Glaiza's (and Cynric and Dindin's) PMHS co-members. It was another MBB-related film. HAHA. Clones... Waha. :) They were 'harvesting' humans that will serve as their client's insurance policies. We have a knack for choosing 'nerdy' films. Hay. :)

Anyhow, I have two exams coming up. Bio and Bio. Erk. Screw Bio!!! Hirap grabe. :) Bio lec's on Saturday and Bio lab's on Tuesday next week. Sana makabawi ako. Babawi talaga ako. :p Can't wait for this sem to end para wala ng Bio. WAHAHAHAHA. :D

7:30 a.m., Bell rings and kids enter classroom

(The children come into the classroom, one after the other, with little tokens, cards and farewell gifts for their teachers.)

Maggie (6-year old Canadian): Good morning, Miss Yumi! Here (handing over a container of soaps). Thank you for being my teacher this year!

Ms. Yumi: Oh, how sweet! Thank you, Maggie!

Frida: Open mine! Open mine!

Ms. Yumi: I'm comin'! I'm comin'! Wow! What a fancy bracelet! I'm going to wear it now. Thank you, Frida!

(More kids come in with their sweet tokens of gratitude. Pratically everyone is in the classroom, then Jay enters.)

Jay (6 year-old Korean, sad and pouting, looking at his shoes): Uhhmmm... Ms. Yomee...? (that's how he rpronounces my name, hihi.)

Ms. Yumi: Yes, Jay. Anything wrong?

Jay: Ms. Yomee? I didn't bring anything for you today. (Still looking at his shoes, twisting his shirt with his finger, looking really distressed) I don't have a gift for you. Maybe my yaya forgot to put it in my bag.

Ms. Yumi: (so touched she could cry) It's alright, Jay! You really didn't have to bring me a gift! Some of your friends just wanted to say thank you. It's our last day in school, you see.

Jay: Ms. Yomee? (now looking straight at me)

Ms. Yumi: Yes, Jay?

Jay: Can I just give you a HUG?

Ms. Yumi: (thinking -- awww!!!) Hey, why not, Jay?!

Jay: Want a squeezy hug?

Ms. Yumi: Sure! Come here and give me one of your squeezy hugs!

Jay: (hugged Ms. Yumi so tight she could barely breathe!) Liked that? I have more squeezy hugs if you want!

Ms. Yumi: Why don't I give you a squeezy hug?

Yep. :) I'm back. Ha. It's been some time since I last came here. Nakakatamad lang mag blog lalo't na't pag walang nagbabasa ng blog mo. Anyhow, I've been sooooooooo tired/exhausted/spent/.... from school. Took my first exam this academic year last week. Bio 12 lab. Got a 76. Grabe. F*ck yang test na yan. Hirap. Labo. Leche. Kailangang bumawi. Di ko hahayaang masayang ang efforts ko nung first year. Had two exams this week. Physics 71 and Math 55. The Physics exam was alright. It was easier than what I expected although I sucked at the conceptual/theoretical part. Erk. 82.5. Baba pa rin. Sana talaga yung Math exam ko kanina mabuti ang kalalabasan. Haaay. Dapat ata naging Math major na lang ako. :) Haay. Napapagod na ko. Minsan naaawa ako sa sarili ko. Bakit ko ba toh ginagawa? :p

These past few days were mostly block bonding days. It took us a year to get to know each other. Ha. Ang tagal nun. :) We had dinner last Thursday because Brian was leaving for Singapore on Friday. Hindi huling mag bond. Ha. Kahit sobrang isang taon na yung nakalipas nung una kaming nagkakilala. Drama. :p And we watched Fantastic Four this afternoon. Sobrang bagay ng palabas na yan sa mga nerd na katulad namin. Hehehe. :p May recombinant DNA, physics, at chem. HAHA. :p Pati ata yung War of the Worlds nerdy flick eh. Ang Paramecium ata ang nakatalo sa mga aliens. Para talaga kay Sir Mamaril. Hehe. ;)

Ay. May malaking pagsisisi ako. Hehe. Dahil nadali ako ng aking katorpehan di ko nagawa yung gusto ko at dapat kong gawin. :) Haaaay. Sayang. The opportunity was presented to me but I failed to take hold of it. ERK.
